The role- The postholder will play a key role in the smooth operation of the Civic Centre, Woodville and public toilets with responsibility for the line management of front line staff ensuring that all tasks are achieved in a timely fashion and to a high standard.

The post involves some travel within the Borough for which a mileage allowance is payable (included in above package).

Essential qualifications/experience- You will have excellent organisational, time management, communication, IT and people management skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Desirable qualifications/experience- a facilities management qualification background or qualification is desirable but not essential.

Occupational health

An on-site Occupational Health Advisor. We have an occupational health service provided by East Kent Hospitals University Foundation NHS Trust. The service is delivered by a team of health professionals who specialise in occupational medicine and deal with the relationship between your work and your health. Occupational Health also works with us to resolve any issues in the workplace and also to ensure that well-being at work is maintained.
